I liked that we were sent a time schedule the day before our floor cleaning. We were told it would be sometime between noon and 3 pm. The cleaning crew were at out door at 9 am and I was vacuuming. They took over the vacuuming and began the floor cleaning immediately. They did a nice job, but I did notice some spots in the master bedroom they evidently weren't able to remove. Both men were friendly and worked quickly.
