Really clean carpets. No chemical smell

After hearing about this company from an interview on the We are Austin show, I called and it was very easy to schedule a service appointment. The technician was very neat and efficient with his tasks and I appreciate being informed before and after what was done and what I need to do to allow the carpet to dry. I do appreciate the information about adding a protective spray to my carpet after the general cleaning was completed. I did not feel any pressure to add services and the technician was very informative in answering my questions. I will use this company again and recommend them to others.
