All employees were so friendly and tried everything to get the stains out of our chairs. The manager came back to retreat at no extra charge and completely removed the stains. They look brand new. I also really like that they don’t use soap or harmful chemicals.

Jordan the tech was very informative in regard to what the carpet needed in order for it to be cleaned correctly and to actually make it look a lot better. After it dried the carpets did look way better than before. I was very impressed with the service and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. Also the main thing I really liked is that the carpets didn't take all that long to dry.
