Probably would not recommend them to anyone over 60 during the pandemic though, because I highly doubt that they are sanitizing the equipment between each visit, because they only wore booties when I asked them to in my house and was not wearing a face mask correctly. 😳
Technician was great. I can tell he loves his job and is very knowledgeable about the products and their application. He was fast and efficient. He left no clean up for me. He gave me good advice on maintenance. I've made a fresh commitment to myself to vacuum weekly (instead of only when I invite people over, LOL). He also cleaned my shower and I intend to keep it cleaner as well.

Kyle explained things very well on the initial visit. I only had carpet on my stairway that needed cleaned, which they did an amazing job. The rest of our house has area rugs that needed to be cleaned. They took them off sight to clean as they were wool and they have the facility to clean and dry them professionally. The rugs turned out beautifully and like new! Roy and Sam called and delivered them in the time frame they gave me. They both were very cordial and professional. Would definitely use Zerorez tag again and recommend to friends.

This was the second time that we used this company to clean our upstairs bedrooms and downstairs area rug. Both times they’ve done an amazing job! The rugs dry so fast and smell amazing. The technicians are always so polite and efficient. Booking and paying are all really seamless and easy on their invoice system.

The technician was very professional, he arrived during the time he said he would when he called ahead of time. My tile and carpet look amazing! The carpet dried quickly and there was no chemical smell in the whole house even after all tile and carpet had been cleaned.
