You have heard back from us! Your "sales representative" could only say "that would be an extra charge." Nothing more, nothing less. No "I'm sorry, etc. Or lets see what we can do."
We already paid $460. ($300 plus tax...) Deep cleaning was suggested which was not included in the original quote. Spots treated have turned brown on the carpet. We have had these carpets cleaned before (from another company) and this never happened. Our supposedly house-trained pets have returned to the brown spots and we are back where we started!
The living room carpet is embarrassing besides.
Our technician was awesome! Our couches have never looked better and they’re 10 years old!! I wasn’t hoping for much of a transformation since they were so discolored and well-loved, but it was so dramatic. They look brand new!
