I was very satisfied with the entire service experience. Stefan was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He was able to remove a carpet stain I thought would never go away, and I’m record time. There was absolutely no chemical odor remaining from the cleaning process. I really like knowing that everything is pet and people safe.

The carpets always come out so fresh and clean, no residue, no "long drying" process. We even had our couch, love seat and chair upholstery cleaned as well. Beau did a great job, and I can see that he is very experienced and easy to visit with. I highly recommend Zerorez.
