Really clean carpets. No chemical smell

After hearing about this company from an interview on the We are Austin show, I called and it was very easy to schedule a service appointment. The technician was very neat and efficient with his tasks and I appreciate being informed before and after what was done and what I need to do to allow the carpet to dry. I do appreciate the information about adding a protective spray to my carpet after the general cleaning was completed. I did not feel any pressure to add services and the technician was very informative in answering my questions. I will use this company again and recommend them to others.

Jordan was great! He provided information and upgrades without pressure. He arrived on time and was thorough and efficient. My carpet looks better than I thought it would! The process works and dries quickly. The carpet not only looks good, but it feels clean - not like it has a soapy residue.

I have used and recommend zero rez for over a decade now. I found tha fact there is no residue the carpet is truly clean and doesn’t show the dirt later. I have had clients not have to replace carpets with zero Rez
