He was conscientious about drying areas on the wood floor that were sprayed accidentally. He did an absolutely wonderful job. I had hesitated to bring anyone into to do this work because I don't like using a lot of chemicals that then remain in the carpet or floors. I will most certainly use this service again and I have already recommended him to my family members.

I don’t like the payment process on using an app from Steven’s phone to complete the transaction. It’s not a company tablet or device.
