Great after service care. Broke window ( my fault) in rear of 5th wheel. Service truck came and installed new one on site. Saved considerable time and travel with unit. All minor issues with my unit have been corrected. Always keep customer updated on when any work will be done. Technicians are polite and friendly.

The while experience from the time of purchase to the on-site service has been exceptional. Everyone that we have been in contact with has gone above what would be expected as this was not our first new trailer , although not purchased from Four Seasons.

The road service tech came out to assess our issue (outdoor kitchen fridge had failed) was very friendly, replaced the fridge quickly, and was super professional...all while I was still enjoying my vacation at my site and not having to take the rig to the dealer to have it fixed....this is what I can service...great job!

Unfortunately there’s always something going wrong. Now the door hinges are so seized it it causing the metal to spring . Also the locks are very difficult to open.
I will be calling the service department after our holidays are over.
