Really appreciate the service. First service was for trailer brakes not connecting on my travel trailer. Serviceman (Alexander) diagnosed it to find it was my trucks wiring cable. Second service was for my propane regulator (manufacture recall). Dan replaced it and even help me try to diagnose the lights on boat trailer that I was working on.Very happy with service. Highly recommend Four Seasons.

We had Four Seasons come out to install 2 new windows on the RV (previous ones had a broken seal). Everything was fixed and he was gone in about a hour.

The only comments I would like to add:

Please have the techs call before they arrive first thing in the morning to confirm a time.

Make sure everything works before they leave. The blind was stuck under the valence.

Re-caulk the window outside.

Take all your supplies with you.

You have a wide variety of campers and supplies, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff...such as Marlon, Garth, Dana, your front desk staff, and the wonderful lady that showed us the camper that we now own, on the first day we were there when Marlon was busy (and I'm sorry, I cannot remember her name) and Terri, that assisted with all of the financing and paperwork.

Four Season’s road service is a fabulous service and a must to have. Very friendly and helpful service department ready to answer any questions we may have as well as solve any issues in a timely fashion.

Wow, we are very pleased with the service, respect, fun, and the expertise of all departments. From the first phone call to the first visit to the day we picked up our used camper we only had good experiences. As it was a used camper, we knew we would find some mishaps after we pick it up, and we did. Four Seasons responded quickly to resolve these issues. We are also pleased with the quick response of the roadside team.

The services at the location in virden were great, customer support was great, and the onsite guys are awesome, they show up fast and do good work to fix things quickly!

We can count on you to provide emergency services and repairs to your products wherever we are all over the province and northern Ontario.

We are recently retired and are brand new 'camping' - Four seasons sold us a camper that we love and has been veryy helpful with all our questions...

Friendly people and great service.
I am very disappointed though with the construction of the Jayco trailer though. I had to spend about two days (mostly under the trailer) to seal the holes that were left , to try to prevent rodents from entering.

Very Proffional and easy to understand

Staff is very friendly and obliging and make sure you’re looked after and are happy with everything before you leave. They stand behind what they sell and have great warranty service. Would definitely recommend buying from Four Seasons.
