Very fast to repair issues, but my window still leaks after someone looking after it three times.
All of the people we dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our salesperson Matt McLean made sure that we had everything we needed to get our camper home. The 2 service people that came out to help when we couldn’t get our camper to latch on the hitch made sure everything was good. The one service person checked everything over and checked the lights too! He went above and beyond what was expected! Anyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
Sales representative was very professional and thorough. Their warranty department is another story. It took 2 months to get some warranty work paid for.
