We purchased a Grand Design Imagine RB2600 and have not had any issues. Approx 10,000 km on the chassis. Service has been excellent to date after a couple of factory recalls. Love it.

I like that you offered a three year on site come to you warranty when I bought the trailer from you compared to Winnipeg dealerships. Staff is way more friendly than any Winnipeg dealership we went to.

They have amazing customer service. Though it took several trips to fix my fridge things happen, I totally understand, but they are always quick to respond and quick to have someone out. I would recommend them just for that alone not to mention the rest. I know no one in our camp ground that has high praise for any other service with other trailer sales places. 5++ just for their customer service and prompt care in itself. You won't be this happy with any other of that I'm sure.

Prompt service

Everyone was friendly and showed professionalism. They took our issues to heart and did everything they could to make us satisfied customers.

We had an issue with the awning we ordered and found it was the fault of the supplier. Once we had the right awning the service tech Peter was quite good with the install of the product. There was a slight hiccup in the awning placement on the awning roller and we had to have service techs come out and correct the problem. The pins they send with the replacement awning for locking the roller are not adequate for the job. Once the awning had been moved the pins would not come out. This led to a lengthy removal and cleanup of the locking mechanism of the roller. The service tech and helper that were sent had little experience with the problem we had but persevered and did a good job in rectifying the issue. So except for a couple of product issues we were happy with the service we received. The service tech's name was Jan and the helper was Joshua.

The dealership is really a class act! From our salesman, finance department, and demo people, we couldn’t have been treated better! Everyone was friendly, patient and helpful. It’s also great to be able to phone and talk to people who will answer questions! Our experience was top notch and we will certainly spread the word!
