Four Seasons parts and service is one of the main reasons why I will recommend them to any of my friends. Not only do they have awesome prices on campers, but their service is the best around.

It was amazing dealing with four seasons. Our initial contact was with Mirah from Four Seasons in Winnipeg. I have to say she was absolutely amazing. She worked with us for a couple of weeks, texting, emailing and phoning back and forth until she found the perfect trailer for us, which was in Virden. I actually called her on the long weekend and she responded and didn't mind that I had disturbed her on her days off. She was totally dedicated to us and helping us to find the perfect trailer within our budget!! We traded off our old trailer and bought a newer one, totally sight unseen. We sent pictures, emails and she did a walk through on a couple of different trailers for us.

Then we started working with Monele from Four Seasons in Virden, and she to was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. She walked through our 2018 Jayco for us before we received it and made sure everything worked out. She sent both myself and my husband Four Seasons Jackets, (which I just love). After we received our new trailer, we noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Monele put us in contact with Road Service to rectify the problems. We are currently waiting for Road service to come out our way to make repairs, but so far we haven't heard from them. So we are patiently waiting for them.

Other than that, we would certainly recommend Four Seasons to our family and friends. They have exceptional customer service, which a lot of our companies are sorely lacking.

Great service

Four Seasons before during and after sales service is second to none! The are always willing to listen and they try their best to make things right. It may take time and there are steps they have to go through but they are always there for you! And the "ROADSIDE SERVICE" that comes with the purchase of a new 5th wheel.....is wonderful! If its urgent/emergency they are there as quickly as they can be and their service crew are so knowledgeable and diligent. We are so happy that we chose Four Seasons Virden to purchase our 5th wheel from in May of 2022 and want to give a huge shout out to the whole team. Thank you for all you do!

Great and very knowledgeable staff. Had 1 problem and the road side assistance was there within 30 minutes and knew exactly what was wrong. Four seasons has been a delight to work with and super helpful every step of the way.

Everything has been real easy to deal with.

I liked that we were referred to Kevin Borys from a previous sale of his. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the units that were available and relevant to our wants. We also liked that the travel trailer was within our budget. The 2 year warranty on Jaycos and the 3 year service from four seasons was also a factor. Every person we dealt with from Kala who did our financing to the guy that did our walk around made us feel like we important and that was very well appreciated. Over all Four Seasons gets a 10/10 from the Conway’s!!!!

The staff of four seasons is fabulous. When ever I had a problem with the camper they were there for us. They got back to use quickly and all ways fixed it. I will recommend my friends to go to four seasons.

Very great to deal with. Great walkover of the camper upon purchase and not pushy at all. Cannot say enough good about these guys. I bought from a very shady company before so this was a breath of fresh air. Very professional and friendly.
