The warranty and roadside service division looked after us very well all summer and fall with the numerous issues on our Reflection camper. Every item was addressed and they managed to keep us informed of repair timeframe prior to showing up.

24 he on call repair service ....used several times ....Disappointed in matress quality ...we replaced it ...no warranty compensation from the company .

We were frustrated with our initial experience but we feel everything was finally looked after when your service department sent the mobile unit to complete the service we had paid for in the spring.
I want to commend the mobile unit who came to do the service. We could not have had a nicer or more thorough person to complete the work and we are very grateful for all he did for us.
So initially we would not have given a 10 score but we feel the follow through to make everything right for us shows that your service department wanted to satisfy us as customers, even though I First name removed't think we needed to be demanding about what needed to be done.They just wanted to make sure we were looked after properly and we thank you for all they did.
So on that note, we would definitely recommend four Seasons to others.

Hello. First of all, we walked into the Headingly Sales Office and we're greeted with wonderful staff who immediately handed us over to a sales person. It didn't take long to explain our situation (already an existing 10 year old trailer in Gimli that we wanted to use as a trade-in). We found the one we wanted and everything went smoothly from there. Staff were superb! Everything fell into place and the trailer was delivered to Autumnwood Trailer Park in Gimli. All the existing work orders have been completed and we've been extremely pleased with the Service staff who have attended our trailer. We still have warranty until next August 2023 and hopefully the trailer will survive our Manitoba Winters. We love our trailer and the wonderful details that we did without for a number of years; i.e. island kitchen, fireplace, pantry, fold out sofa. Whether it rains or shines, we're comfortable inside our new Grand Design Imagine Trailer. Love It! P.S. The Sales Personnel were Terrific!

Installers are very professional and knowledgeable. The completed repairs are also back to factory standards

Bought from dealer because dealership has been around for some time and you have expanded across areas we camp/live(we currently live in swift current, from the virden area and plan to be within the Regina area in next 5 years

Liked the marketed 3 year service plan. I will say it’s a bit confusing that it’s not the same from each dealership location. I understand that if we bought in Medicine hat(technically our closest location) we would not get the same service plan??

After deciding what name brand trailer and the layout we wanted we got in contact with our salesman Norm Bourgeois to get him to be on the lookout.
Even looking elsewhere I would share the few possibilities found with him for his feedback and opinion.
I didn’t take long and one day just chatting back and forth a Jayco came across his desk built to our requirements and came in within our price range.
A deposit was left and once the trailer made it to the dealership we took a drive down to Virden and found our camper.
Can’t wait for the upcoming new adventure.
Knowing there is a great team at the Four Seasons dealer for any service that may come up or just for some advice I’m confident that they will do their best to help us out.
