Liked the marketed 3 year service plan. I will say it’s a bit confusing that it’s not the same from each dealership location. I understand that if we bought in Medicine hat(technically our closest location) we would not get the same service plan??

After deciding what name brand trailer and the layout we wanted we got in contact with our salesman Norm Bourgeois to get him to be on the lookout.
Even looking elsewhere I would share the few possibilities found with him for his feedback and opinion.
I didn’t take long and one day just chatting back and forth a Jayco came across his desk built to our requirements and came in within our price range.
A deposit was left and once the trailer made it to the dealership we took a drive down to Virden and found our camper.
Can’t wait for the upcoming new adventure.

Hello. First of all, we walked into the Headingly Sales Office and we're greeted with wonderful staff who immediately handed us over to a sales person. It didn't take long to explain our situation (already an existing 10 year old trailer in Gimli that we wanted to use as a trade-in). We found the one we wanted and everything went smoothly from there. Staff were superb! Everything fell into place and the trailer was delivered to Autumnwood Trailer Park in Gimli. All the existing work orders have been completed and we've been extremely pleased with the Service staff who have attended our trailer. We still have warranty until next August 2023 and hopefully the trailer will survive our Manitoba Winters. We love our trailer and the wonderful details that we did without for a number of years; i.e. island kitchen, fireplace, pantry, fold out sofa. Whether it rains or shines, we're comfortable inside our new Grand Design Imagine Trailer. Love It! P.S. The Sales Personnel were Terrific!
