Love the travel trailer we purchased in 2021, we’ve had some issues with water lines leaking and other issues, but so far the customer service has been quite satisfactory, with the remaining warranty work being completed this April/May 2023.

I’d be happy to complete another survey once all warranty issues and problems have been corrected.

Salestaff were very helpfull in my search of a rv. Dealing on a rv from a distance of 550 km apart is not a easy task. the salesstaff answered all my questions, even sent me a video of the stailer to show what condition the rv was in.

I wasn’t impressed with Four Seasons until we actually purchased. I thought they were just another dealership out to make money until we purchased and they came up with the RV we wanted and made it work for us. The after sales treatment that they gave us afterwards was incredible and they could write the book on after sales treatment for other dealerships!
