Service is great but $300.00 plus per hour for service work seems excessive-does not include service call

Every time we have an issue they try and help over the phone or they come to your unit and fix the problem. Have had no complaints so far and we have been a trailer owner since 2018.

We have bought a lovely Transcend last year, we got it home and there was a screw that was under the slide and torn the venal flooring, we call Four Seasons and they took our call, luckily their off side service techs were close by and they came and fixed the flooring right away. Top notch service, so pleased.

What I like best is how pleasant it is to do business with Four Seasons. From sales to service the people and experience has been very very good.
The road service team is exceptional and what they can accomplish in a camp ground is amazing.

As usual Four Seasons came to the rescue. Our fridge had quit while we were camping and Four Seasons came to our site and diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few days. Thank you ever so much.

Love the services however the cougar campers are maid too quickly. These campers look great but aren’t sturdy and built to last. Disheartening when you pay so much for them.
