Friendly Service!
You have pretty good quality products, and so far the service has been great also. We had to use the emergency roadside service once already for a very minor repair, and they were on it right away and made a quick efficient repair.
Easy to call in, they came fast, they came to my house, anticipated the issue and brought all parts, issue resolved promptly. Polite and respectful staff.
Your staff are always nice and knowledgeable.
We appreciate the low pressure sales, they provided pros and cons of various units we were looking at. After viewing many floor plans and options, they brought out the top three and parked them side by side, for further viewing. It gave us the additional opportunity to review what we liked best on each and allowed us the time to ensure we were comfortable with our selected camper.
The trailer was delivered and parked by a very experienced driver, that was able to demonstrate and show us the workings of the trailer internal components, such as the self levelling, hook up and disconnect features and the control panel for the inverter, slides, lights and tanks. It was NOT a wham bam delivery, it was methodical to ensure we were comfortable to operate the trailer!
Following that, they have honoured the on site technician visit, there was a recall notice and some minor items noted after the unit arrived. These items were addressed and leaves us feeling good about working with Four Seasons Sales. We were repeat buyers, and should we need another trailer, we will not hesitate to work with them again.

Everyone was fantastic a very good experience our demo person was very knowledgeable our finance person was extremely helpful and was a quick process. Most of all our salesperson was top notch she answered all our questions and if she was unsure answer she soon found the answer out for us and replied very quickly. oiled machine. Everyone has their job and just gets down and doing it. Called for service at 7 pm friday and the tech was at our camper by 11 am Saturday and resolved our issue. extremely please with how we were treated and respected by ALL staff!

I do wish there was a program to extend the warranty. After experiencing first hand the superb warranty service (greatest ever on a product) wish I had the opportunity to go further or subscribe to a price break for service work & parts

The best Service Advisor I have ever met.
She worked very hard to fully understand our concerns and be able to communicate them to the Technicians who absolutely got what was at issue and completed the work exceeding our expectations.
The work was done timely and with updates which are important as some places leave you hanging without knowing how they are doing.
