Great on the road service
Four Seasons has some really great staff and that means great service.
The road technician that did the work on my trailer was not only meticulous and knowledgeable but he was very friendly. This is the second time he has worked on our trailer on separate issues and despite being months apart and in different locations he not only remembered the work he did but he also remembered things we discussed.
Unfortunately he wasn't able to complete all the work orders as some items covered under Warranty have not arrived yet. Hopefully he will be assigned to come back to work on our trailer again.
During four years of ownership of our Reflection 337RLS we continue to enjoy our Grand Design fifth wheel trailer.
The initial purchase process was second to none as is any after purchase service we’ve had done.

Bought a used camper,got it home and it had an odour,took it back,they investigated and the odour couldn’t be removed by their staff in the shop,they stood behind the camper and refunded the full price of the camper.The best.I’ll be spreading the good word.Thanks Marlin.

The guy that explains your new camper is awesome and funny. The repair giys r so considerate when fixing something thesy leave there shoes outside. When you purchase extra stuff the staff are there to help.

Really like the after sales support ! The road service team has been out to our campsite 4 times now resolving multiple issues on our Montana High Country. Not sure other dealers would be as accomodating.
