You are quick to come when we have a problem. But it took 7 guys to come at different times to fix our fridge.We lost 1500 dollars worth of food because each guy said it was fixed. So we put food back in our fridge and freezer only to wake up to blood tripping down our fridge. They finally got it fixed after many times of coming out.I’m very happy they have it fixed now but I think you should compensate us for loss of food.
We’ve had fantastic experiences all around - from sales, admin and service! The camper has been wonderful and the few things we’ve had to have replaced have been done so with professionalism.
Our saleslady, Tricia, listened to what our needs were and zeroed in on the perfect camper for us. She did not try to strong arm us into something else! We appreciate the quality of the camper we have purchased.
Road service is excellent. Dissatisfied that we needed road service so many times this past summer on a travel trailer that is four months old. For the price we paid for this camper it seems the construction process has faulted in a number of areas. Construction in this camper is done very cheap for the cost and you don’t notice these things until after you own it. Four seasons staff have been very good to deal with it’s the issues with the camper I don’t like

I like that you will come out to where the trailer is parked so we did it have to unhook everything to bring it in. Once we managed to meet with the technician and explain what need fixing, it was a reasonable amount of time to wait for parts. When the technician came to fix the issue, it was done in a professional manner and a job well done.
