While I would recommend Four Seasons to people because of the great customer service I have received, I am not really happy with the quality of the trailer we purchased. We have had a few issues, which leads me to worry about what kind of other issues we might have going forward. It seems to be really cheaply put together (drawer frames secured with very thin staples from the top). I realize this was probably one of the more inexpensive models, but for over $30,000, I would have expected more. But again, I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service we've received from Four Seasons.
We have purchased 3 Jayco trailers, 2 from Four Seasons, the other was purchased in Winnipeg. Our experience with Four Seasons has been has been very positive over all. Their service department and staff are exceptional. I can certainly see that the company sets a high standard in the products they sell and the service they provide. WELL DONE TEAM SERVICE!! If I had one recommendation, their sales staff could do a much better job in following up with their customers once the trailer has been delivered. We did not receive one phone call from either of the sales persons with respect to the 2 trailers we purchased from Four Seasons. May 2022 we picked up our 2022 321 RST 5th wheel from Regina; with taxes we paid just over $100,000.00. That was a substantial purchase in my view. We never received one follow up call from the sales man, How were we enjoying the trailer, was there something we needed. In contrast, my wife purchased a new vehicle in 2014 for $33,000.00. That salesman calls her at least once a year on her birthday. One phone would have been nice from our salesman.
The service department and their staff are the real success story for Four Seasons!!

You after sales service has been exemplary and can’t say enough about the service we have received on our unit. Almost everything that we needed looked after was fixed corrected and or replaced. I definitely appreciate the sales and service that your sales staff and mobile service vehicles provide. I don’t know of any other RV dealers that provide such extensive services.
When I sent in a question regarding a trailer the response was within minutes. I then received a call shortly after the email.
The sales lady (Tricia), as well as finance (Ashley), were absolutely amazing. They answered everything I wanted to know, provided detailed information, and were very quick to do so.

Our sales associate did everything he could for us to make the sale possible, but I couldn’t pull the trigger on the sale. He was polite and worked hard for us. If things change we will go back to Mat Campbell to help us find the trailer we need.
