It’s such a beautiful RV that we received.. We purchased a 2022 Retreat and there were a few issues and so far they have been addressed, Most likely will be fixed in the spring because we purchased late fall and ran out of time..
The products, namely, the Grand Design are of excellent quality. The service we have received over the past 3 years with any issues with our Grand Design have been addressed and repaired promptly (i.e a refrigerator that quit on the hottest day in July). Those issues that couldn't be resolved under warranty (i.e. a failed mattress); we were provided with an alternate, cost considerate replacement. My spouse and I have nothing but good things to say about 4 seasons Sales in Winnipeg, simple items at point of sale, or Road warranty work etc ..... things always have worked out. If you are willing to speak to the staff politely no matter how frustrated with the problem, work with them (not demand) and above all be respectful to them then they in turn will exceeded any reasonable expectations you have!. Right from the start our salesman Matt was very quick to respond and found that he was a very professional and knowledgeable man, even when he was not at work or gone on training he answered all my questions promptly.
As for the product the trailer looks awesome and was more than we anticipated in terms of quality, outside of a few minor things.
We have not received it yet or lived in it so can’t really know everything o out the unit.
Good Service including road service personal inside Shop along with the road service personel very freindly , :)
I like that Four Seasons has a rep to come to our place where ever our camper is parked to fix or repair. Also very easy to contact, just a simple text message and you have a specialist right away.
Promptly look after our trailer when we need it!
I have used the roadside assistance 3 times this year and have had great service from four seasons
Four seasons virden is trying to remedy my situation, even though this has taken a couple years to get this far, I have faith that our issue will eventually be resolved.
We have had excellent service to our on site camper for numerous items that have needed repair. All of the techs seem genuinely concerned to fix the problem right the first time.
Matt was excellent and very professional in helping us pick out a new 5th wheeler.
Answered phone calls when we had questions and even helped us out on his days off.

You are quick to come when we have a problem. But it took 7 guys to come at different times to fix our fridge.We lost 1500 dollars worth of food because each guy said it was fixed. So we put food back in our fridge and freezer only to wake up to blood tripping down our fridge. They finally got it fixed after many times of coming out.I’m very happy they have it fixed now but I think you should compensate us for loss of food.

Promptness of the service staff, usually able to quote the timeline for repairs and parts ordered. Telephone is answered very promptly and very knowledgeable reception staff. Also always have lots of parts available.
