Road service is excellent. Dissatisfied that we needed road service so many times this past summer on a travel trailer that is four months old. For the price we paid for this camper it seems the construction process has faulted in a number of areas. Construction in this camper is done very cheap for the cost and you don’t notice these things until after you own it. Four seasons staff have been very good to deal with it’s the issues with the camper I don’t like

I like that you will come out to where the trailer is parked so we did it have to unhook everything to bring it in. Once we managed to meet with the technician and explain what need fixing, it was a reasonable amount of time to wait for parts. When the technician came to fix the issue, it was done in a professional manner and a job well done.

Like you facilty,need to pay closer to your ptedelivery checks,going to have another dealer readjust the slide ont and repair your fridge instalation.

We had a couple of small switch breakages and had to have our front awning replaced and the repairs were done in good time and all under warranty.
On the road service is fantastic.The technicians that come out on the Roadside Assistance are top notch and always get your problem resolved
