I had to travel quite a distance to come and view the pre-owned camper that I was interested in. They were very accommodating to my schedule.
I asked about having the trailer brought to a Four Seasons dealer near me for pick-up. I was told it would be possible, although not ideal for someone from the other location to give me orientation on the camper. The staff at Virden are familiar with this particular unit. I liked that they were wanted to make sure I had the best customer experience even it meant some inconvenience on my part.
We like the service we’ve received for our warranty on our camper. Always a smile anytime we’ve gone to the Virden location or even at the RV show. Great people to deal with.

Four Seasons have the best customer service available. Their on-site mobile service has been great. Although our second purchase from Four Seasons has not required after sales service, our previous fifth wheel has been serviced by Four Season’s staff with no issues.
We do love our camper that we have purchased.
RE- deficiency service repairs have been taking a long time.

We love our Alliance Paradigm 340RL, bought at Four Seasons. Four Seasons has an amazing team both on and off the road. They truly care about their customers. They don't forget about you once they have your money and they go out of their way to always make things right. Big shout out to Erin in service, Jamin in "on Road Service", and Viktoria in warranty. You guys are all truly amazing at what you do.

What it is we like, is when we call everybody is good at assisting us. In issues are taken care as soon as possible. We had a situation where are Bedroom Slide would not operate and we were travelling the Next Day. You sent a Technician out that same Day to make repairs. Great Service!

Our Salesman Matt McLean was an awesome person who took the time to show us the trailer we wanted in great detail. He had it in the shop so when we arrived it was warm and we didn't have to be outside in the cold to look at it. He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. We fell in love with the trailer we were there to see.
The only downside was the paperwork for the financing. It was sent to us by e-mail and we were supposed to print it and sign it and then scan it and e-mail it back. Our scanner was not working so it took a trip to UPS to have them do it and sign it. We found this whole process extremely stressful. The people in Finance refused to mail it to us as they said the postal service was unreliable. We thought that this was unnecessary. We are seniors and do not know that much about computers etc. although we have a couple of laptops. That part of the deal was really stressful for us as we were worried about losing the deal on the trailer.
