Recently I had a malfunctional slide out and I called your office immediately on a Friday late afternoon, they called back within 15 minutes advising a repairman was nearby and would be attending. The attending repair man (Alexander) who had already had a long day stated he would do and complete the necessary repairs so that I could get to camping as per a scheduled reservation.
