Great staff, great service

We got lucky with a service driver coming past our aka campground the young man did his deductive reasonon ing on the pump then after a water hookup found that a default water hose clamp from factory was the issue well in my thought any way so replace the clamp a twin fitting then we were good to go !

Point of sale was great on original purchase, service support has been top notch since.

Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Our sales person Matt Campbell has sold us 2 trailers and also to friends of ours he is the best.

Very prompt and efficient

You have a great selection of accessories that are readily available to the customers. The people at Four Seasons are very friendly and from the time we entered until we purchased our trailer everyone went above and beyond what we experienced anywhere else when we looked at trailers!

First of all the salesman was very helpful. Dealt with him a few times over the years.

As for the road service, we only had to wait one day before the technician came to our place and he knew right away what the problem was. Fixed in less than an hour.

Technicians from our area (15 km) would not come out.

The customer service was awesome, and I had a issue with my trailer and the mobile unit out and fixed with in hours. They did a awesome job

From the moment we walked in the door, all staff that we delt with were very kind, helpful and abliging. From the receptionist to the gentleman whom gave us the walk around and the salesman and finance department. It made our purchase flawless and enjoyable. This was our second trailer purchased from them and we will continue to in the future.

After several years of great service, we finally bought a new trailer from Four Seasons. The sales experience and after sales service has been great. The trailer is perfect for us and even the most minor issues have been dealt with perfectly. We dealt with other dealers in the past and will never go back. Sticking with the best. Virden service is outstanding and other locations as well for whatever we've needed.

We have found your service dept to be friendly and helpful. We can ask questions without feeling dumb. They try to fix any issues quickly and properly.

We weren’t able to view the camper at the time I was speaking to Matt C and he went and took an in depth video and sent it to me so we could view the camper before we proceeded with anything. All of the staff was very welcoming and very pleasant to work with. Chris took us through the trailer and was very knowledgeable. We found that all staff were very accommodating and professional.
