Your fast and convenient
So far the trailer has not meet our expectations in quality we have had many issues that Iam sure could have been fixed at the factory, but this is the quality they push out at the manufacturer level. Four seasons is doing there best to fix and hopefully it all gets looked at and repaired thumbs up at four seasons.

From a service and repair perspective I like my ability to open the repair ticket and get updates an feedback via text. The repairs have been done in a reasonable amount of time and the technicians who have done the work have been very good.

Made everything easy very accommodating
I like the personalized service when they walk you through the rig. They added at no cost to us; personal named / themed decal on our new Reflection. I also love the on site service; this means the trailer stays put and the tech comes to us. Revolutionary in the RV world.

Great service. Could have used a bit of a better explanation on the inverter unit in our model. It is “prepped” not installed and that wasn’t made clear. Otherwise service was great, unit was clean and and everything was ready to go. Disappointed we won’t be able to use it till next spring!
