The Terminix representative, was extremely professional, polite, he had an outstanding personality, I was truly impressed, with his work ethics and his mannerism!!!!! When he knocked on my door, he introduced himself, he explained to exactly ne, what he was going to, do & once he finished, he would tell me exactly what he did & his findings. I could tell, he had great pride in his job & love what he does!!! It was my pleasure meeting him & having him, as my new terminix representative.

Everything is performed as expected. over the years our fee has increased and I don't recall ever getting advance notice. Otherwise I would have rated 10 as the service is successful at treating our pest problems.

I am pleased with the service. But, most important is the technician who gives the service at my home. I am embarrassed that I can't remember his name. (Another senior moment.) He is kind, caring, and very friendly. You want to KEEP him. A good technician can keep your customers. If you have a bad technician, you can lose customers.
