Jack was great. Explained what he was doing. Looked for entry points to place the traps, removed snap traps and dead mice to ensure I was happy.

Starting at the beginning.. I called and the very same day. JUAN came out to inspect my home. He was very professional and thorough. He sent many videos of what he was finding. After talking with him at length.. he answered every question and was very patient with me. I decided to have the treatment done.
Two days later, Matthew arrived at my home. And aga8n. Very professional and patient with all my questions. He did the treatment and when finished he came back in to see if I had any questions or concerns. By then LUZ arrived to treat the carpenter ants that I had found in my bathroom. She was so very gracious in expla8ning what she was doing.
By this time I was so impressed and called the supervisor TOBERT had called me the day before to let me know he was available if I had any concerns or needed more info. So I called him to let him know how totally amazing everyone had been. It was Robert's day off but he answered my call anyway .I mean who DOES thatt?
So from beginning to end, I could not have been happier that I chose Terminix!

Although I have had difficulty getting a response regarding termite issues, I stay with Terminix because of employees like Bruce, the technician who never fails to provide excellent service.

Technician very thorough. Receive a notice when to expect him, very punctual. The inspection he completes let's me know he is concerned about my home as much as I am. Appreciate the time he takes to check all areas, glad he does not rush just to get things done.
