excellent technician
Before I hired Terminix I had ghost ants. I tried everything to get rid of them but they just kept showing up. Since Terminix comes every three months I have not had one ghost ant. It is a good feeling to have a bug free house.

My pest control guy, Willie Johnson, is awesome. He communicates with me every step of the way from scheduling the appointment time to the final report on the service, He always arrives within the time specifiied. He provides effective and thorough pest control service every time. And to top it off, he is just a very friendly. nice man.

He always notifies me when he's coming and is accommodating to my schedule and I'm not available. He does a great job of keeping the property insect free.

He is committed to serving my account, thorough in servicing my account, and he represents the Terminix brand to the highest possible level. He is courteous, friendly, and respectful of my property and any requests or observations I may have.

We have had Terminix services for many years, and have always been pleased with what was done. Your technicians are friendly and accommadating (sp) to our now always changing circumstances.
We do not plan on going anywhere else.
My technician is the best. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He always lets me know what he finds and what he did. He has been my technician for years and I trust him.
