We have been with Terminix for many many years and had the same tech forever. Once our tech got a promotion and we had a new tech we found him to be very polite, and responsive and conscientious. He is extremely good with his communication and we truly appreciate this.
Good service but price is bit high
Honestly it has been our service technicians. We have had two and both have been really great. Our most recent technician - John Jarvis - has been communicative and very helpful with a few unexpected bee nests that popped up over the summer. He is very friendly and explains what he is doing outside.
Cecilio Rodriguez has been treating our home quarterly for many years. He is very reliable, efficient, friendly, neat & tidy, everything you'd want in a technician.

My technician, Charles, does a great job keeping the bugs controlled so i never have an infestation. He looks for signs of bugs and tracks the area where they live and then he takes care of the issue. He communicates what he has found and how he handled the situation.
He has been doing an awesome job over the years. It is one reason i will not cancel my Terminix service to switch to another service. thank you Charles and Terminix for all you do to keep my home bug free!
