My servicer Ratu always gives us a heads up that he is on the way, we have 4 dogs and it gives us time to make sure the dogs are inside. He also, advises us of what he has done and if there are any issues. Ratu is very professional and I would highly recommend him.
Daryl was great. We normally have Alex, who is the best, Daryl covered perfectly. Called & texted a few days prior, texted the day of the appointment wirh his ETA and tested when he finished the service. Very nice!
