My service technician is always professional, lets me know when he is arriving and very attentive to his job. Ryan always asks in advance what I need, or if there are any specific areas outside or inside the house that need attention. He changes my glue traps in the garage and always leaves me an extra set to get through until the next visit.
Terry is always on time and asks if I have any concerns.

My Terminix technician, Ken Cowan is the best of the best that you have. If you ever change me to someone else to take care of my pest control, I will go to another company. He is dedicated to his people and treats me with respect and does a fabulous job. like I said,he is the best. I had young people before Ken taking care of my pest control and they never cared. They just wanted to do everything in less than five minutes and get to the next stop because apparently that’s how you work.I want to tell you, many a time I called but of course you’re management never cared either.So like I said, if you change my Technician, I will go to another company and so will my family, friends and neighbors that have Ken.
