If it wasn't for the technician sending text messages he was coming out, I would never know the next appointment date unless I go look at my account. I think your system should send reminders of up coming appointments to it's customers and not on the day of the appointment.

If all of your employees are like Dan Cutrer then I would say that Terminix only hires the best and they do a thorough job of keeping my house pest free.
