The first representative to check our home was pleasant ,courteous, easy to talk with, and very thorough in his searching. He explained what he was doing and the reason and taught us a lot about insects and pest that come in to a house. He carefully explained the Plans available. I feel secure that our home will be free of unwanted insects and pests. The young man who did the procedure was respectful and courteous. He wasted no time. He informed us about the various insects and their behaviors as he went along and treated the house. He told us that Terminix is available between scheduled visits ,if an infestation is found. I am very happy with the services I have received from Terminix. Have been a customer for a number of years. While I have recommended Terminix to others, they felt it was an expense they could live without, or they found companies that charged less. That s why I said 9 instead of 10.
Will your company, Terminix, are on time to do service. Your technician, Brian Dobbs, always contact us when he is coming over in advance, then when he arrives. Then gives a complete update of completion what he did. We really love this. Thank you. Also we like the online payment where we don't have to mail payment, the paperless billing is Great. I really appreciate the communication with Michael on every visit (he's been our technician for some time now). He always texts me a couple days in advance; lets me know when he is leaving so we can secure our dogs; arrives on time and lets me know; gives me the opportunity to let him know of any issues - inside or out; lets me know when he's finished so we can let the dogs back out (and Michael always makes sure to secure the gates first); and sends me a report detailing what he did. There are no surprises and plenty of opportunity to customize Terminix services to our needs. I also appreciate being able to reach out if we have any issues in between - which is very rare (pretty much only during change of seasons) since the Terminix service seems to work well. We've had Terminix service at our home for 5 years now.
Terminex technician Evan Williams did a thorough inspection of my entire condo, provided tips on rodent prevention and did a phenemonal job in applying treatment to my unit. He explained his findings and kept me informed of everything he was doing. Evan was very professional and an expert in his field. Thank you, Evan, for protecting my home.
