Jorge is the nicest man. He sends reminders a few days before he's coming. When here he sprays and inspects the entire property. I have not had a single bug or spider in my home since I started the quarterly services. I also have them come out once a year to place bait for termites. I am on a fixed income now but the cost for this service is worth maintaining.
Doug was the technician and was very professional and explained the procedure entirely.

Oh! My goodness, I had the issue of roaches and ants for already a few years. Even thought I would buy store bought pest medicine. The consumption was les but not controlled. I have a year already with Terminix and I haven't seen a roach. I am glad that issue has been controlled. Thank you, so much for the techs that come out here to do their job. God bless you all. Jerry C is the best, however Terminex increased service fees ; most households are on strict budgets and cannot justify paying $550-600 a year for pest control services. Again, Jerry is the best; very punctual, polite, respectful of property, very informative.
