The technician was very professional and thorough in providing the carpet cleaning. He called prior to his arrival time. However, I thought the process involved a call 24 hours prior to the arrival of a technician, giving a 3 hour window for the scheduled time of arrival and then the technician to call 15-39 minutes prior to his actual arrival time. I never received the 24 hour call to have some idea when the technician would arrive. I only received a call from the technician prior to his arrival. I love the appearance of my carpets after the cleaning. He did a great job.

This is the third time I've used your services. My carpeting always looks and feels great after the cleaning. It seems to stay cleaner longer than any other service I've used. Tech was on time and very professional. He made sure I looked at the job and that I was satisfied with the results. He even removed a very stubborn "popscicle" stain!
