My service man was very professional and did a great job! The only thing that I feel should have been told while scheduling is that they only move 4 pieces of furniture in a living room. I was not expecting the extra charge.

I liked the promptness and professionalism of your employee, Jacob. Everything looked great when he finished, although he will have to come back because the small sofa was moved by us and I didn't know that that was not supposed to be done. So when it went back where it was supposed to be, that section of the carpet will need to be cleaned, too. This was our mistake, however, and when I called about someone returning, it was a very pleasant and understanding conversation with the scheduler. Thank you!

Carpets looked great, Andrew, our carpet cleaner was EXCELLENT!

Closed on a house on 8/30. The house can be classified a a fixer upper. The carpets in the bedroom were old and stained. Zerorez came in and cleaned the carpets, and while you can still tell the carpets are older, they look fantastic. Their 3-Room special saved us thousands in our renovations budget. We now do not have to worry about investing money into brand new bedroom carpets. Thanks Zerorez!!
