Thorough cleaning, friendly technicians and above and beyond service. I had them come to clean one spot but they cleaned the whole area (room) and were concerned and helpful when the husky at my home ran after I let him in. (My fault, I thought I closed the dog in a room but out she ran) the spot was removed to my satisfaction. I will always call ZeroRez for carpet cleaning.

Products are great....2 small stains that were in our carpet for 3 years that we couldn't get out, no matter what we did or used, are gone!!

The technicians were great for both carpet and vent cleaning. The amount of time for vent cleaning (almost 6 hours) is entirely too long, which leads me to encourage 2 technicians for that job.
