Nick was prompt, courteous and quick. I think he was done in about an hour. He called about 15 minutes before he arrived to let us know he'd be here. He also showed up on the early side of the window of time they had given us (b/t 8:30-10). Also, I love that Zerorez does not use chemicals in their cleaning process. My carpets look so clean and everything smells fresh (no perfumey, fake smells, etc.). Thank you, Nick, and Zerorez!
