The technician Ryan was very professional and courteous. He stepped through each room with me and provided pricing and his feedback based on specific areas that had been soiled by my dog. I loved the difference in my carpet, looks like it is brand new!

They do a great job every time I use them. They get stains out that seem impossible. Plus, there's no chemical smell left behind. I'll never use anyone else!

Our carpets are always very clean and the rooms smell fresh but not overpowering. Our carpet technician acts like he enjoys his job, and that is a rarity. Whether he does or not I do not know but he is great. I would give Zerorez a 10 if not for somewhat misleading prices in advertising. There seems to be extras tacked on that one does not hear. But since we have used them several times, there are no surprises. I have already recommended your company to several, so that proves I am quite satisfied

I have never had professional cleaning and heard good things from many people about your company. The service tech explained the process and prices so well.
