Joe was prompt, friendly and went over everything. My carpets were almost white, after 5 year and 2 border collies, my attempts at home carpet scrubbing was simply not enough. My carpets look fantastic and smell fresh..not like dogs. not perfumed, just fresh. i will definitely use this company, and hopefully Joe, again.

The technician was very professional and thorough in providing the carpet cleaning. He called prior to his arrival time. However, I thought the process involved a call 24 hours prior to the arrival of a technician, giving a 3 hour window for the scheduled time of arrival and then the technician to call 15-39 minutes prior to his actual arrival time. I never received the 24 hour call to have some idea when the technician would arrive. I only received a call from the technician prior to his arrival. I love the appearance of my carpets after the cleaning. He did a great job.
