David was running early so he came early (with our consent of course). He was very informative, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave us exactly what we wanted and needed (bio level 1). He was polite and worked efficiently! Our carpet is like new now! We love it.

The technician was incredibly personable and professional. He did an amazing job on my carpets but the work on my tile was impeccable. There wasn’t any splashing on my cabinets or appliances.
