Other companies told me my carpets wouldn’t clean up nicely, and they’d need replaced, but Mark proved them wrong! They look brand new! My house smells great too! Our carpet looks great! The technician was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He was careful to explain the cleaning process and which "stains" would most likely come out and which might not (and why), and to my pleasant surprise - they all came out. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Everything was great. Matt did a great job and was super professional. We were very happy with the service and really felt that our carpets were cleaned when he left. We would recommend to anyone.

Ryan called before he came, which is a nice Courtesy. He explained the services and options well. The carpets looked pretty great when he was done. He didn't take long either, but the rooms were small and cleaned out already.

Effective without any chemical odor

My carpets look great. Only thing is I was sent three $15.00 gift cards and was only permitted to use one. I have to keep the others for another time. If you are sending gift cards, you should e permitted to use all of them at once considering most people only clean their rugs once a year.

No chemical smell. Very good at removing stains.
