Drying time

The man that came to clean for us (forgot his name) was very professional & kind. He took time to clean every possible inch of carpet that he could. He got out spots that others in the past said they could not. He did a meticulous job & we are very pleased. We would definitely recommend this to everyone & get Zerorez again.
We did not receive a survey for the gentleman cleaning our carpets, but he would get all 10's.

Zerorez got stains out of 20 year old carpet utilized by three teenagers and two Labrador retrievers. Matt (our technician) was professional and very nice. He explained everything to us and the price was right for the services we received. Our house smells amazing and it is truly clean. We love the fact that they are a green company as well.

I only had the carpet cleaning, but Zerorez was able to remove most of the spots in my carpet. It eliminated the odors as well.
