In house rug cleaning was ok. Found a spot that was missed even with pretreating (though all the ones I pointed out can clean). The are rugs that were done offsite look brand new and I'm very happy with them.

There is no heavy residue left after cleaning and the carpet dries a lot faster than some other companies.

Professional, they perform their services in a timely fashion. Luke, the guy who cleaned our carpets was very efficient and friendly. Customer service is outstanding. I am super pleased with the quality of the work, the end, result, the attention to detail, and every call to customer service has been outstanding.

Dain did a fantastic job. Was patient as I moved things around so he could clean about 95% of my carpets. Very pleasant. Tolerated my dog barking much of the time. The carpets look great and smell good, too. No chemical odor. He did a great job on my couch and two chairs, too.
