Absolutely wonderful experience! Chatted via text about services offered and easily selected and scheduled appointment without having to speak on the phone with anyone. They were in and out in about 40 minutes. I had all 3 of my bedrooms, hallway and stairs done. The gentleman was very thorough explaining what he was doing! Final result made my carpets look and smell brand new! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We were especially impressed with how well Zerorez accommodated our scheduling needs. As a church, we had a very limited window for carpet cleaning, and they were able to schedule us for a 6:00 a.m. appointment. The technician, Austin, arrived on time and came prepared with multiple fans to speed up the drying process. He thoroughly explained the procedure, spot cleaned as needed, and had the carpets cleaned within a couple of hours. While the sanctuary carpet was drying, Austin went above and beyond by also cleaning our nursery and playroom. We were thrilled to be putting our chairs back by 3:00 p.m. that same day. We couldn’t be more pleased with Zerorez’s service!
