The person did the carpet cleaning is very good. He listen to our request and did it nicely. We are very happy with his service.

We live in an era where customer service and satisfaction is a forgotten virtue. Very seldom does an unrecognized associate deviate from the "company line" and take an extra step to solve an issue. The Zero Rez tech, Chance, did just that. There was an issue with the finished product and he acknowledged the issue instead of denying. He went the extra mile to satisfy me.
For that reason, I would recommend the company and service to everyone.

The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous. They came in and completed the job in a timely manner. However I was disappointed in they didn’t do much cleanup in the basement when they were done, their was a lot of soot around the furnace.
