Ease of scheduling and pricing

The guys were so professional, polite and efficient! Way WAY faster than I thought. Sensitive to my medical condition and all three of my animals, ensuring they didn't get out.
Their wrap up really walked me through how dirty everything had been and how clean it could be. My bias pegged them for their generation but man did they prove me wrong!

Luke called half an hour before he arrived. Did a great job on my carpeting. He also answered my questions regarding having my ceramic tile floors cleaned.
I will ask for him when I set up that appt.

Cleaned some stubborn dirty spots. Very experienced employee application. Left the house clean. Quick. Did five rooms in an hour.
My one concern was an added $35 charge for “set up”? You should be clear about charges up front.

Carpet cleaning

Caitlyn is AMAZING!! I have pets. I needed the smell from dogs gone. She explained the process of removing the spots that I was concerned about. She educated me on the process that was needed to remove the stains and the smell. When I used a different company, the smell only got worse. The next day, it was horrendous!! NOT WITH ZEROREZ!! My house smell fresh and amazing!! My carpets look new again!! THANK YOU CAITLYN!! I am so grateful for your service!!
