Anthony was great!! Very professional and took great care while in our home

Absolutely fantastic employees! We had Jaylon and Josh do our vents, they were efficient and very kind answering all questions. They are very in tune with each other, working quickly and they did an amazing job!
Anthony came to do our carpet and basement tile. He explained everything and even stopped mid job to ask our approval and opinion on his next steps with a problem area we had. He was exceptional! He did not stop until he made sure everything was perfection.

Easy online scheduling. A call from the technician prior to arrival. The technician did a walk through to spot any problem areas then proceeded to pretreat and clean the carpets. The technician was very careful and respectful of the property.

Dane was AMAZING! He spent time with us answering questions and helping us determine what we needed. He was so incredibly kind and very thorough! He didn’t leave one question unanswered or one spot untouched. As soon as he left, I texted my friends and family telling them to request Dane if they can.

Everything was explained ahead of time. The service was finished quickly and we liked the outcome of the cleaning. The carpets looked like new!!

The men that came and did the job were great and did I good job. However, I wasn't happy with the 25.00 service fee that I wasn't told about prior to the appointment.

Wow! We are so pleased with the carpet cleaning job AUSTIN RICHARDS did. He could not have been more thorough, informative, or friendly. Zerorez is the best!

Brandon and Greg were the gentlemen who showed up . They kindly introduced themselves and asked to have a look around. Once going over the place and describing what they were going to do and the approximate time it would take, I was given a list of options that they offer.

At no time did I feel any pressure into choosing any of those options. I was told they had about five minutes left to go before being finished, and before I knew it they had packed everything up and in the truck. The carpets were very clean and the house had a clean smell. I would recommend Zerorez and in particular from my experience Brandon and Greg.

The carpet looked amazing after Thaddeus cleaned them . & Thaddeus was one of the most pleasant & kind people I have ever met . This was my first time using Zerorez . I have already recommended friends & family to give your company a try. Thanks again !
