Zerorez did an excellent job. Initially the tech missed a small easily overlooked closet, but the company proved their integrity and came back to finish the job just two days later at no cost, and no hassle! Rare to see such integrity in a company these days. Should I ever need to deep clean carpets again, I know where I'm going.

I like that the technicians do not push additional product while they are here. They simply ask if you're interested and if you say no they just say okay. I have had other carpet cleaning companies come and they are very pushy. That is what I chose zero rez this time. They also do a nice job. I cannot explain how much I appreciate the technicians not being pushy as that makes me very uncomfortable.

I wasn't going to use your company anymore, after my experience last year when the tech told me he was no longer allowed to move ANY furniture. I'm a senior citizen, and I can't move my own furniture, so decided I'd have to find another company. However, I gave you one more try this past week. The technician could not have been nicer and never said a word about not being allowed to move furniture (I'm talking about dining room chairs, chairs on sliders, etc - NOT heavy furniture), so I'm guessing maybe the company has revised that particular policy. He did an outstanding job with minimal attempts to upgrade the services I had requested, which was much appreciated. He was in and out in about 45 minutes, and left the carpets nearly dry, again, much appreciated! I will definitely be calling ZeroRez again, and requesting Anthony if he's available!
