timely, efficient service

I was impressed that the technicians were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was actually unable to have one of the services (duct cleaning) performed due to the need to use the portable cleaning unit and the risk of damage to my curing hardwood floors, which are still curing. I VERY much appreciated the tech’s honesty in recommending that I wait a few weeks first. I look forward to using your services again! I’ve already recommended zerorez to family.

Mondale was the technician who came! Did an excellent job, om a twenty five year rug, that
had coffee stains, as well as clorox on it. Talked to me and admonished me not to use clorox
on he rug, and got to doing his job,. Would like for him to come back to do the chase lounge, but, he will be in school He also did an excellent job on he chair that was dirty also.

The Zerorez service was wonderful. The serviceman called 15 minutes before arrival. He was on time. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He was efficient and professional and the carpet looks spectacular.
The front door was protected by a blue hanging tarp which was a great idea.
