Overall, the technician did a good job. Unfortunately, there are three stains that did not come out completely. One of which is a pet stain from over twenty years ago. I was not expecting that one to come out. I was hoping the other two would, however. I still think the carpet does look exponentially better than it did. For three rooms and a hallway, it only took about an hour to complete the job.

Jesse was able to make my carpet look brand new and got some stains off that have been there for years. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation. Matthew was a great help explaining everything to me! I liked the fact that there would be no residue left on the carpets and they would be cleaned without cleaning chemicals. They turned out great and are beautiful, with no heavy cleaning smell when he was done. Great job!

I had an excellent experience overall starting in the morning with the air duct cleaning and air purifier install followed by the upholstery, carpet and wood floor cleaning. All were very knowledge and got the job done sooner than I expected. I was thrilled to have such a clean home afterwards. I would recommend to any one all the services I had completed over the weekend.
