We have no complaints whatsoever. Although our carpet is old and needs to be replaced by the time of the next cleaning, we were more than happy with the results. The gentleman who was by himself, could not have been nicer and more efficient. The carpet was completely dry within 24 hours. Would never consider anyone else !
