I am quite happy with the appearance of my ceramic tile floors after getting a cleaning by ZeroRez. My technician, was Luther (Luke). On a scale of 1to 10, with 10 being the best, I will.give Luke a 10!!! He called ahead and arrived at the exact time I expected. After measuring very carefully, he gave me a spot on total that the job would cost. And he explained clearly what he would be doing, what products he would use, and how long it would take.
Luke was friendly, very professional, and definitely skilled in the techniques he used. He was also careful and respectful of my property. Luke is a credit to the ZeroRez company and label. And he is a very nice young man.
I am thrilled with the way my floors look now compared to before the cleaning. The result is even better than I had hoped. I will surely share your company name and contact information with family and friends.

Easy to schedule online/text. Prompt scheduling. The associates (Saige, Austin and Dustin) were awesome. They were so nice and explained everything before starting work. They were clean and efficient at their job. I would definitely recommend to my friends with hopes this crew goes to service them.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very friendly and professional. He had knowledge on the services and suggested a bacteria kill. I really appreciated his suggestions because my son in law has allergies, and the bacteria kill will be beneficial to him. I also like the clean smell of the product used. The carpet looks fantastic, and the service provided was exceptional.
This is our 2nd. experience using Zerorez. Mondale was polite respectful of our home wearing shoe covers and offered to wear a mask. He fully explained cleaning procedure, costs upfront and what to expect as far as results. We had a couch & 3 room carpet special done and again are very satisfied with the results. No harsh chemicals with great results carpets looks and smell clean.
